An ideal format for one or two searches, typically executive or senior level roles. Exclusive full-lifecycle partnership from sourcing to closing focusing on the right hire for your team and an excellent candidate experience. Typically billed as a percentage or flat fee per role.

A perfect solution for bursts of hiring, onsite or remote recruiters work on a variety of roles while optimizing the talent acquisition function through deep analysis and custom solutions (e.g. hiring the first recruiter and for all open roles while implementing best practices). Typically billed as a flat fee per Recruiter per month.
